I’ve never met @auroramusic in person but through these videos I kkow that she LOVES like genuinely and insanely loves her Warriors and Weirdos so much. @artandkam graciously shared these videos and photos to us and told us the story of how it seemd like the line wasn’t moving fast enough and time was running out. So Aurora and her team decided to walk towards the line instead of having people pose in front of the mural and that story just made my heart cry at her sincerity and kindess. She finished meeting and greeting and hugging everyone in the line! 😍😍😍

Because today she released her fourth album, “The Gods We Can Touch.” An album that is inspired by humanity’s relationship with the spiritual.
Aurora: What we thought God was, we saw in the ground, the earth, the trees, the water we drank, and in the sun. We felt it on our skin, in each other, in our mothers. Everything that was divine was right here, in a way.
And then I thought it was so fascinating that at one point in our history we removed God from everything here and put him far away, up in the clouds somewhere.

Aurora: I get very … oh … touched by people wanting to dive into my work and say and mean something about it. That’s very nice in itself, no matter what they say, really.
