Her Hong Kong or Seoul-concerts are not mentioned on her web-site either.
not 100% surprising
her entire australia tour was also never mentioned on the official tourdates page. between the tourdates page and the store not even being the real store with the new stuff, its pretty poorly run, tbh.
its bizarre. politically Israel is not that much different than USA.
People take this boycott stuff way too seriously. I feel like the overly-woke generation is not doing us any favors
Boycotting things that affect the government of Israel makes more sense. Why punish Aurora's fans in Israel for the actions of its government? Imagine if she didn't perform in the US because she doesn't agree with the current administration.
I have read a lot of the posts on different newspapers (and Aurora's Facebook), and I don't think many of them care about Aurora or listen to her music. They are either pro-Israel og pro-Palestinian. I knew this would happen sooner or later. I don't think her management have done their best work here. There have been articles in several newspapers, vg.no, bt.no, klassekampen.no and more. I also think it is wrong to boycott the people in a country, it will make the world more polarized. Only together we can fight against the big problems in the world.

I am perplexed by the fact that artists signed this letter. I would expect especially them to support Auroras message being heard loud and clear within Israel. Let her sow the seed. I understand that asking for patience may sound cynical, but if you want this conflict to be resolved without violence, I do not see an alternative.

Wait, so let me get this straight — basically a bunch of Palestine artists wrote/signed a letter to Aurora telling her that she shouldn’t perform in Tel Aviv because of Israel’s political state? And that they themselves refuse to perform there because of this as well? Interesting...and kind of strange. Why should fans from a certain area in the world be denied the inclusion in an artists’ tour just because the government there isn’t good? That doesn’t seem fair to the fans
saw her live 5/30/18, 3/9/19 and 6/2/22 ♡ met her 5/30/18 ♡

This is a bit more complicated (as the world usually is). There are a lot of people (also here in Norway) which think there should be no collaboration at all with Israel due to their politics against the palestinian people in Gaza and West Bank. Typically this is people on the red side of the political scale. Of course the Israelian government has a bad politics, and are making settlements within the palestinian areas at the West Bank. This should not be neglected. But I think the best way to peace is not to boycott the country, but try to change their politics by other methods. A boycott only make a more polarized conflict which is impossible to solve. There are a lot of people now writing on her facebook, either against or with Aurora, but they are not true fans.

Well regardless of what the details of the situation are, my main point was just that no fans should be denied an artist coming to their country to perform just because of what the government is like there. People can’t always help where they live. A lot of people may not agree with the politics of their country but can’t just move to another country, you know? I just think everyone should be given the same access to music, like Aurora said

People on Facebook are saying she’s only doing it for the money which I think is so ridiculous knowing Aurora. She’s stated so many times that money is not important to her. Hell, she literally has a song with a lyric that says “you cannot eat money”. So for people to say it’s about the money is mind boggling to me.

Because, sadly, social media has devolved into conflict signaling ... Us vs. Them ... and it’s a sad state of affairs. AURORA should be allowed to perform anywhere she likes ... politicizing artists is ridiculous. 🥺
Now there’s people reposting a photo on twitter and Facebook telling Aurora to cancel the shows in Israel. Can’t they just leave her alone?
nope. woke culture never backs down. they will drag anybody down at any time in order to virtue signal. sad times we live in. The vast majority of people who protest issues like this have a cursory understanding of the situation, at best.
As mentioned, it has nothing to do with Aurora. The target could be anybody from Mother Theresa (RIP) to Donald Trump. The higher profile the target, the harder the drum would be beaten
